XIII Frame (pronounced Thirteenth Frame) is a branding project I did over the course of my Fall 2018 semester. The goal of the project was to create a branding book that is meant to be used by designers. This brand book will be used to ensure designers stay within the fictional company’s brand standards.
My cover was created using scrap wood that was arranged to resemble a bowling lane.

After the cover was built and engraved, it was covered in several layers of polyurethane gloss.

Summary Statement/What We Are About Spread
This spread is showcasing what XIIIFrame is all about. To have a strong and cohesive brand you need to have a strong identity to back it up. A big part of that identity is what service we provide and what our mission is.
Typography/Patterns Spread
This spread is showcasing the supporting elements that go along with the brand. The use of typography and patterns is important for the brand because they help support our message and can be used within brand strategy and marketing.
Vehicle Design Spread
This spread is showcasing the various design elements that are used to accurately advertise the brand across its vehicles. The vehicles shown (Semi and Truck) are the two primary vehicles for the brand, so they must have a clear message.
