Tasks in Notion have associated properties such as owners, status, and due dates which help with sorting, filtering, grouping, and prioritizing work.
Custom views can be created in Notion to help with organizing tasks.
Sharing a page in Notion is necessary to assign a task to someone. Once assigned, teammates will receive a notification about the task.
To check if someone has access to Tasks, click the
Sharemenu in the top right.
